Tomato Pickle
The zesty flavour of this pickle combines crisp capsicum with the traditional pickle blend of sun-ripened tomatoes, onions and a selection of our famous Spices. This was specifically created to give a lift to either hot or cold meals.
Tips & Hints
- Top over oysters when mixed with balsamic
- Use as a topping for Bruschetta
- Create a pizza topping
- Add to Béarnaise and white sauce
- Add to olive oil for a bread dipper
- Add to savoury dough
- For added flavour, spread over whole fish when baking
- Use in a casserole for extra flavour
- Great when used as a dip
