Use this delicious sauce to make a curry with perfectly balanced mild spices.

4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2kg Chicken Breast, sliced
2.1kg MasterFoods® Mild Chicken Curry Cooking Sauce
1. Heat 4 Tbsp of oil in a large pan and brown the chicken.
2. Pour over the MasterFoods® Mild Chicken Curry Cooking Sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 mins.
3. Serve with steamed rice.
To make a milder, creamy casserole add 1 to 2 cups of cream at the end of the cook, or for a more intense dish add some finely chopped red chilli and curry leaves. Remove curry leaves before serving.
