  • Basil is a natural companion of tomato, in salads, sauces or soups
  • Great flavouring for poultry stuffing, fish, seafood especially lobster and scallops
  • Goes well with raspberries
  • Combines well with Capers, Chives, Coriander, Garlic, Marjoram, Oregano, Mint, Parsley, Rosemary
  • Compliments meat, vegetables, cheese and egg dishes
  • Essential in pestos, on pizzas and as an accompaniment to cheeses
  • Compliments legumes such as split peas and lentils
  • Include in soups, stews, sauces and gravies
  • Infuse basil in olive oil and black pepper and coat seafood before cooking
