Tips & Hints

  • To ensure the tenderiser blend penetrates, pierce meat with a sharp knife blade at 4cm intervals.
  • Sprinkle 1-1½ tablespoons evenly per 500g of meat. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then cook immediately for best results.
