  • Add Turmeric to Tagines, stews, or soups
  • Serve either sprinkled or cooked with eggplant, beans, eggs, fish, lentils, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and spinach
  • Combines well with chillies, coconut milk, coriander, cumin, garam masala, curry leaf, garlic, ginger, lemon grass, mustard seeds, paprika and fennel
  • Necessary ingredient in curry powder, lentil and meat dishes and South East Asian cooking
  • Use as a substitute for saffron to provide colour
  • Add to melted butter and drizzle over cooked vegetables, pasta or potatoes
