Asian Beef Salad

  • Beef fillet 1kg
  • Fancy lettuce, 1 bag
  • 2 Carrots, grated
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Bean sprouts
  • Snow pea sprouts
  • MasterFoods® Sizzling Mongolian Meal Sauce ½ cup

Cooking Instructions

  1. Char grill the beef fillet until sealed and cooked through to desired level. Allow meat to stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing. .
  2. Arrange salad ingredients on serving plate.
  3. Top with hot beef and dress salad with MasterFoods Sizzling Mongolian Meal Sauce. Serve immediately.
