Coconut and Basil Fruit Salad

  • 100g cubed Pineapple
  • 100g cubed Mango
  • 100g cubed Kiwi fruit
  • 100g halved Strawberries
  • 100g cubed Watermelon
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • MasterFoods® Basil Leaves to taste
  • Shredded Coconut to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Gently toast shredded coconut in a dry pan and set aside.
  2. Prepare selection of fruit and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour lemon juice over fruit salad and sprinkle with MasterFoods Basil Leaves and toasted coconut.
  4. Stir to mix through and serve with yoghurt if desired.
