Lamb Koftas with Mango Chutney

  • 500g minced lamb
  • 1 teaspoon MasterFoods® freshly ground black pepper and salt
  • 1 teaspoon MasterFoods Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon MasterFoods Ground Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon MasterFoods Minced Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 Spanish onion, grated
  • MasterFoods Mango Chutney to serve
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine lamb, MasterFoods pepper and salt, cumin, coriander chilli, mint and coriander
  2. Mix until well combined.  Shape tablespoon of mixture into balls and thread onto skewer
  3. Heat chargrill plate, brush with oil.  Cook the koftas in batches until golden and tender
  4. Serve with Mango Chutney
