Smoked Spicy Chicken Skewers

  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, skin removed sliced
  • 1 tablespoon MasterFoods® Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon MasterFoods Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon MasterFoods Ground Fennel
  • 1 tablespoon MasterFoods Oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • MasterFoods freshly ground salt and black pepper to taste
  • 20 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine chicken with all ingredients mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes or for several hours
  2. Thread prepared chicken onto drained skewers
  3. Place onto a hot grill or barbecue plate, grill for 7-8 minutes
