Sweet Provencale Pork

Preparation 5 mins Cooking 15 mins Serves 4


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400g pork sausages, sliced
  • 2 cups prepared gravy
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100g fresh green beans

Herbs de Provence

  • 1 tablespoon MasterFoods® Thyme Ground
  • 1 tablespoon MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon MasterFoods Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon MasterFoods Oregano Leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon MasterFoods Sage Leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat.  Add pork sausages and brown for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add gravy and Herbs de Provence and bring to the boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, fold through beans and honey and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes


Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with creamy potato mash.
